God Breathed

During the winter solstice

This piece has literally lived countless lives

I felt I had to create both since they had such different meanings

and is special to me because my sister was born this month

The golden threads follow these ripples

are now whole and each tell a story of revival while they reflect the sun’s light

which then signifies the coming of the next season

it was truly meant to be

and despite harsh seasons it blooms beautiful green leaves and bright red berries
