Sandwich (Minute) SteakPastured Hereford & Charolais Beef. Our grass fed beef flavor can not be found elsewhere, the pastures grazed here provide the much sought after flavor profile we have loved for years. We recommend thawing and allowing your steaks to warm up to room temperature before cooking ( about 60 minutes.) This prevents overcooking the exterior of your pastured beef. We like our meat to have an inside temperature of 130 160F ( lower than the USDA recommended
Our pork bellies are fresh ( unsmoked or cured) and ready to be prepared into your favorite dishes
and contains 1-2 boneless & skinless chicken breast
All of our meat is vacuum sealed & flash frozen to ensure freshness
freezing ( and shipping if you are not picking up) along with your beef for ease of planning/budgeting

You can expect back between 50-65% of your hanging weight as finished cuts and this will depend upon the way you have your beef cut
