Our grass fed beef flavor can not be found elsewhere, the pastures grazed here provide the much sought after flavor profile we have loved for years. We recommend thawing and allowing your steaks to warm up to room temperature before cooking ( about 60 minutes.) This prevents overcooking the exterior of your pastured beef. We like our meat to have an inside temperature of 130 160F ( lower than the USDA recommended
